French 75 Ingredients 2 ounces Veuve Clicquot 2 ounces Hendrick's Gin ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice ¾ ounce simple syrup This is one of the easiest cocktails to make because it takes only three steps. First, combine the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Second, shake the mixture until it's nice and frosty and pour it into a champagne flute. Finally, add the champagne into the mixture. Kir Royale Ingredients 1 ounce Chambord (crème de cassis) 3 ounces Veuve Clicquot If you thought the French 75 was simple, this is even easier! Just pour yourself a glass of champagne and top it off with a little Chambord for a beautiful ruby red finish.
