General Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help!
You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, as long as they are in their original packaging and in unused condition.
How to Return:
1. Contact Us: Email sales@claytongrayhome.com to initiate your return and receive the return address. Please wait for these instructions.
2. Ship Your Item: You may use regular mail service, UPS, or FedEx. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your credit card will be refunded.
Important Notes:
• After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.
• A 25% restock fee will apply after your second return.
• We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. In such cases, we will take photos and assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
• Sale Items
• Made-to-Order Items (e.g., upholstery or special finishes)
• Special Orders (items not listed on our site)
• Multiples of 3 or More of the Same Item
