From where are your products shipped?
Products are shipped from our vendors directly to you or from our warehouse in Florida. We fulfill and ship these orders Monday through Friday, during business hours. While we ship most orders shortly after we receive them, some in-demand and limited-production products ship directly from our suppliers and may take a little longer to process.

Which mail carriers do you use?
Orders primarily ship with UPS and FedEx, however our suppliers may use other shipping methods when shipping directly from their warehouses.

How can I choose faster than standard shipping?
We provide expedited shipping when possible. For this service, please contact us directly, and we will send you a quote.

Can you accommodate large industry orders?
Yes, we happily accommodate the needs of our industry and trade clients who place large purchase orders. We also provide special rates to those clients who qualify for our Trade Program.
