From where are your products shipped?

Products are shipped from our vendors directly to you or from our warehouse in Florida. We fulfill and ship these orders Monday through Friday, during business hours. While we ship most orders shortly after we receive them, some in-demand and limited-production products ship directly from our suppliers and may take a little longer to process.

Which mail carriers do you use?

Orders primarily ship with UPS and FedEx, however our suppliers may use other shipping methods when shipping directly from their warehouses.

How can I choose faster than standard shipping?

We provide expedited shipping when possible. For this service, please contact us directly, and we will send you a quote.

Can you accommodate large industry orders?

Yes, we happily accommodate the needs of our industry and trade clients who place large purchase orders. We also provide special rates to those clients who qualify for our Trade Program. Learn more about our Trade Program here.

Do colors and finishes look exactly as shown online?

The images throughout our site are intended to inspire and help you envision our products in a variety of spaces. Imagery may come from our own showroom, vendor showrooms, designers, customers, or digitally rendered environments.

We make every effort to represent each product, color and finish as accurately as possible. However, colors and finishes can appear differently depending on photography, screen settings, lighting and the surrounding colors and materials within a space.

Many of our products are crafted from natural materials or feature hand applied finishes. Variations in color, grain, texture, veining, pattern and finish are inherent to these materials and are part of what makes each item unique. These natural characteristics may vary from the product shown in photography or imagery.
