Woburn Wall Sconce Copper Brown

The Woburn Wall Sconce in Copper Brown by Currey and Company reads as sculpture on the wall. Its iron arm, finished in gold ombré with a heavily textured surface, rises with a deliberate geometry that combines cone and cylinder forms. The hammered brown luster glass shade hangs with quiet weight, its smoky translucence catching light without announcing itself. At 17 inches, the sconce commands presence without dominating, casting soft shadow and warm pools of illumination across a wall. This is the kind of fixture that improves with age, its artisanal surface developing character as dust and light settle into the textured iron.

The Woburn functions equally well as a singular accent or paired on either side of a mirror or artwork. Its sculptural quality means it works best in spaces where the wall itself becomes part of the interior composition. The dimmable design allows you to adjust both brightness and atmosphere throughout the day.
